Success at Seventh Gallery

Bec submitted some artwork into a gallery fundraiser in Fitzroy and last night we went to go see everyone else's pieces. It was some good times and both of her works got sold! YAYY. Pretty sure I got a little emotional when I saw the SOLD stickers hahaa. Probably pissed Bec off a little too in the process. Hahaha. Ahh well.

Here's one of them, I didn't manage to snap a photo of her other drawing because the person who bought it took it down straight away :( sadface.


I also picked up a drawing;


Woo, I really like it a lot! Totally stoked I managed to grab it. I also took some nice photos of Bec which are on my Flickr.


Oh, and I got drunk.

Mehh, well it's 3:20am as I'm typing this, I'm waiting for 6am to roll around. For some reason I don't like going for a run during the day (well no, that's a lie, I do know the reason; it's far too hot) and I don't like going at night (too scurry), so the break of dawn is the time. ANYWHO, I want Bregje Heinen's hair and..uhm, everything express delivered to me, that would be great THANKS! No but for realsies, I do think she's one of the most gorgeous models ever.

Soo I just made a Twitter account because I was THAT bored, and I couldn't make it the same name as this blog so it's "slippyintherain" which makes NO fucking sense now, it sucks and none of my friends have one that I know of so it was probably the least productive thing I've done this week. It's also the most. Try figure that one out. I'm tired.

Wanty want want this Navy blue Bound Seam Duffle coat from Topshop, now. It's what I've always dreamed a coat could be!! Haha noo, but seriously, I will have to wait until PayPal clears my funds transfer but AS SOON AS THAT HAPPENS, this jacket will be mineeeeeeee :D

On a completely unrelated side note, I'm really digging Lil' Wayne tonight.
